“The new tiered MM2H framework, SEZ, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, offers global citizens more choices and clarity. It is designed to welcome those who wish not only to live here but to grow and invest in Malaysia—in property, education, healthcare, and beyond,” he added. As of July 2025, MOTAC has recorded over 3,300 applications for the MM2H programme, a clear reflection of growing international confidence in Malaysia as a preferred destination to live and invest. These applications are projected to generate an influx of more than RM300 million in foreign funds and over RM430 million in property investments, underscoring the programme’s significant economic impact.

KUALA LUMPUR, 11 November 2025 – Program Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) kini memasuki fasa baharu apabila STF Revenue (MM2H) Sdn Bhd melancarkan pusat sehenti pertama yang diuruskan sepenuhnya oleh sektor swasta di The Exchange 106, Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) lantas menandakan kepercayaan jangka panjang terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan daya saing Malaysia di peringkat antarabangsa.
Majlis pelancaran tersebut dirasmikan oleh Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Pelancongan, Seni dan Budaya (MOTAC), Dato’ Shaharuddin Abu Sohot, yang menegaskan bahawa program penempatan jangka panjang seperti MM2H memainkan peranan penting dalam merancakkan ekonomi negara.
Beliau berkata, usaha menarik warga asing untuk menetap di Malaysia bukan sahaja memperkukuh sektor pelancongan, malah membawa limpahan ekonomi. “Di bawah seliaan MOTAC, program MM2H terus memainkan peranan penting dalam menarik kedatangan penduduk asing berkualiti untuk menetap jangka panjang serta menggalakkan pelaburan luar yang memperkukuh ekonomi negara,” kata Dato’ Shaharuddin.
“Kerangka baharu MM2H yang berperingkat — SEZ, Silver, Gold dan Platinum — memperkenalkan lebih banyak pilihan dan kejelasan kepada warganegara dunia. Ia direka bukan sahaja untuk menarik mereka yang ingin menetap di Malaysia, tetapi juga mereka yang ingin berkembang dan melabur di sini, dalam sektor hartanah, pendidikan, penjagaan kesihatan dan pelbagai sektor lain,” tambah beliau.
Sehingga Julai 2025, MOTAC telah merekodkan lebih 3,300 permohonan baharu bagi program MM2H, mencerminkan keyakinan antarabangsa yang semakin meningkat terhadap Malaysia sebagai destinasi pilihan untuk menetap dan melabur. Permohonan tersebut dijangka membawa masuk lebih RM300 juta dana asing dan menjana pelaburan hartanah melebihi RM430 juta, sekaligus membuktikan impak besar program ini kepada ekonomi Malaysia.

KLANG, 6 November 2025 — Kumpulan Q Centre (“Q Centre”), merupakan peneraju penyedia penempatan pekerja yang berkualiti tinggi dan patuh piawaian di Malaysia, telah mencapai detik penting pada hari ini melalui Majlis Pecah tanah Q Centre @ Teratai, dengan pembangunan Penginapan Pekerja Berpusat (CLQ) terbaharunya dan Penginapan Pekerja Dibina Khas (PBWA) di Meru, Klang.
Majlis dirasmikan oleh Y.A.B. Dato’ Seri Amirudin bin Shari, Menteri Besar Selangor, dan turut dihadiri oleh Y.B. Tuan Mohd Kamri bin Kamarudin, Timbalan Yang Di-Pertua Dewan Undangan Negeri Selangor; YBhg. Dato’ Haji Abd. Hamid bin Hussain, Datuk Bandar Majlis Bandaraya Diraja Klang (MBDK); Tuan Roslee Sabaruddin bin Abu, Pengarah Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Negeri Selangor; serta Dato’ Simon David Leong, Pengarah Urusan Bersama Kumpulan Q Centre; Dato Wira Joey Yan, Pengarah Urusan Bersama Kumpulan Q Centre; Datuk Leo Ong, Pengarah Eksekutif Kumpulan Q Centre, dan Datuk Muhammad Albashir, Pengarah Perkhidmatan Korporat Kumpulan Q Centre.
Majlis tersebut merupakan salah satu detik penting dalam misi Q Centre untuk meningkatkan taraf kehidupan tenaga kerja di Malaysia melalui penyelesaian penempatan berasaskan kelestarian, terurus dan berteknologi.

Tambah beliau, Q Centre @ Teratai, direka bagi menempat sehingga 9,000 katil, yang akan menjadi yang terbesar pernah dirancang di Klang. Kerja-kerja pembinaan — termasuk kerja-kerja tanah dan cerucuk — dijadualkan untuk bermula pada Januari 2026 dan dijangka akan selesai pada Disember 2027.

Baru-baru ini, Kumpulan Q Centre telah mengumumkan projek mercu tandanya iaitu Kuarters Pekerja Berpusat (CLQ) Pintar Berasaskan AI dengan kapasiti 8,000 katil di Zon Bebas Pelabuhan Klang (PKFZ) — CLQ pintar pertama Malaysia yang menggabungkan AI dalam pengurusan bangunan, mengoptimumkan tenaga dan sistem pengawasan digital. Di masa hadapan, semua pembangunan Q Centre akan mempunyai keupayaan teknologi kepintaran AI, sistem pengurusan teknologi, rekaan diiktiraf GreenRE, integrasi panel solar dan sistem tuaian hujan bagi memastikan ia sejajar dengan komitmen untuk ESG dan pengurangan karbon.
“Kami bercadang untuk menjalankan tugas kami dalam mengurangkan kesan karbon di Klang dan membina lebih banyak CLQ bagi menyokong perkembangan industri di Selangor,”kata Datuk Wira Yan, Pengarah Urusan Bersama Kumpulan Q Centre. “Pembangunan kami direka bagi mematuhi piawaian ESG negara dan antarabangsa, agar pengeluar dan pengeksport di Selangor dapat memenuhi keperluan kelestarian global.”
Perkembangan Q Centre bergerak seiring dengan aspirasi Kerajaan Negeri Selangor untuk menempatkan kesemua pekerja asing CLQ yang berdaftar dan terurus, bermula di Klang dan Shah Alam. Inisiatif ini menyokong perancangan peringkat negeri dan industri eksport Malaysia, yang mana penempatan pekerja yang sempurna adalah faktor penting dalam pematuhan ESG di rangkaian pembekalan global.

This strategic partnership aims to provide property buyers with a choice - either to rent their roofs or to invest in solar panels. Rivertree and Greenshift Solutions are collectively driving the change, encouraging owners to adopt greener energy solutions and substantially reduce carbon footprints.
This pioneering initiative allows buyers a dual benefit. In the short term, owners can generate additional revenue by renting their roofs – a groundbreaking concept in the industrial building sector. Over the long haul, a GreenRE-certified property promises improved rental returns, particularly enticing for suppliers and companies targeting the European and American markets.
“Our alliance with Greenshift Solutions is a reflection of our long-term vision. As a developer, embracing sustainable and green development is imperative for our continued success. Together with Greenshift Solutions, we are set to redefine the norms and set new industry benchmarks,” Dato’ Simon said.

All the five property development projects above undertaken by Rivertree Group since 2015 have received strong sales take-uprates and are all fully sold.

Dengan peta jalan yang jelas, Rivertree sudah pun berbincang dengan Greenshift Solutions mengenai potensi kerjasama untuk projek berjalan dan masa depannya. Melangkah ke hadapan, Kumpulan akan menyasarkan projek pembangunan hartanah baharu di lokasi utama seperti Gombak, KLCC dan Mont Kiara. Setiap projek menggemakan janji Rivertree untuk mengutamakan kemampanan.

Kemudian, pada 2019, Rivertree melancarkan Garisan @ Puchong, yang terdiri daripada rumah pautan super 2 ½ tingkat dengan ruang bawah tanah.
Pada tahun 2020, Rivertree UNO @ Bukit Raja telah dilancarkan, yang terdiri daripada "gabungan" unik pandu lalu KFC Retro Moden pertama di Asia Pasifik bersama-sama dengan kedai gaya hidup ultra-moden. Kesemua lima projek pembangunan hartanah di atas yang dijalankan oleh Rivertree Group sejak 2015 telah menerima kadar jualan yang kukuh dan semuanya telah dijual sepenuhnya.

Rivertree is debuting its first industrial project called “Esteem Business Park”, at the heart of Taman Perindustrian Meru Selatan
“Esteem Business Park” has won multiple awards namely “The Star Property Awards 2022” with Excellence Award for the Business Estate Award Category and “International Property Award for the Year 2022-23” – Best in Asia Pacific under the Commercial & Manufacturing Development Category. Rivertree Group is also the first Malaysian company to have made it to the regionals since the International Property Awards London started 30 years ago.
The project is a 10.03 acres medium industrial development comprises 39 industrial units which will be developed over two phases. All units have innovative flexi-space with its super-sized jumbo factory space and comes with a goods hoist for easy goods transfer.
The soft launch for Phase 1 of the industrial project was held in June last year and is targeted to be completed by 2025, while Phase 2 is targeted to be completed in 2026
The industrial project also incorporates eco-smart solutions such as EV-charger ready, roof rental for solar panel systems to generate ROI and other recycling features

Esteem Business Park is located at the heart of the Taman Perindustrian Meru Selatan industrial hub and near established townships. The strategic location offers ready connectivity to major expressway, several transport links and multimodal distribution networks across land, air and sea.
The project with a land size of 10.03 acres is developed as medium industrial development comprises 39 industrial units which will be developed over two phases. All units have innovative flexi-space with its super-sized jumbo factory space and comes with a goods hoist for easy transfer of goods.

“As we have seen over the last two years after the pandemic, industrial development is gaining more momentum as businesses adapt to the risks of supply chain disruptions and customers are in need of more warehousing space than ever. Esteem Business Park’s unique factory design and layout was born after much discussion and engagement with industrial operators and end users. According to the local authorities, our design is the first of its kind in Klang and possibly Selangor. That is why we decided to give it a suitable unique name i.e. “Super-sized Jumbo Factory” for its sheer size in its class.
He also added that the modern design with full height glazed windows and large screens offers natural lighting, good ventilation, flexibility and practicality to our customers by maximizing the utilization of the business space.

The industrial development will be developed in two phases, where the soft launch of its Phase 1 was done in June last year and is targeted to be completed by 2025 while Phase 2 is targeted to be completed in 2026.
According to Dato’ Simon David Leong, Rivertree Group also incorporated eco-smart solutions into Esteem Business Park to push forward its sustainability goals.
“Businesses are becoming more aware of the importance of ESG compliance and going green, which is why we are incorporating some of these unique features into our industrial property development,” he said.
The features include EV-charger stations, large glazed windows for good ventilation, rainwater harvest system ready, water-saving faucets, flushes and fittings in the toilet and sink areas, and the solar panel to generate recurring income for customers opts to rent out its roof, etc.
