This Project is a triple TOD development located at Gombak within TOD zoning opposite to Gombak LRT, Terminal Bersepadu Gombak (GITT) and Future East Coast Rail Link Gombak Station (ECRL) which is stated to be completed in 2027. It is worth noting that KLCC is a TOD development, while Gombak is a triple TOD development.
